Tell us where
the queue hurts.

Show us the highest volume, most repetitive work on your claims team's plate: the status calls, the intake backlog, the chase list, the document pile. We will tell you which agents take it off their hands, and where we would not be much help.

The useful first conversation is a specific one. The line of business, the queue, the claims system and roughly how much volume lands on it is enough for us to be concrete.

If an agent does not belong on the workflow you describe, we would rather say so in the first conversation than in the fourth.

Reach us directly

If you would rather talk than write, the phone is answered by a person during business hours in the Pacific time zone.

What happens next

Three conversations, usually.

No discovery phase that bills for itself before anything is built.

Stage 01

First call

Thirty minutes on the queue, the line of business and the systems behind it. The purpose is to establish whether an agent belongs on the work you described.

Stage 02

Walkthrough

We show the agents against a workflow resembling yours, with your team's questions rather than a scripted demonstration, and we are specific about what the agents will not do.

Stage 03

Scope

If it fits, we agree the first workflow, the field mapping, the escalation rules and what success is measured in. If it does not fit, we tell you.
